Overall had amazing stay for 3 nights. We had top-notch queen room with all the amenities available and a nice view, as example. Location: the hotel was just next door to the the centre of the town and best restaurants around and main shops of Munnar.
Nothing that i didnt like.

The room had a private bathroom with free toiletries, bathrobes, and a shower. It was such a relief to have everything I needed in one place. I loved how the double room had a private entrance. It made me feel like I had my own little haven away from the world. The seating area in the room was so cozy, and it was just perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Having satellite TV in the room was a great bonus. I enjoyed catching up on my favorite shows while relaxing in bed. The tile/marble floor gave the room a touch of elegance and made it feel extra clean and refreshing.
Personally, I would have liked a bit more variety in the room's features. But hey, that's just my preference, and others might still find joy in the simplicity.
